I have a large welt on my inner thigh that is bugging the living daylights out of me.
I ran, very uncomfortably, with it yesterday.
What this means is that I was whole-heartedly not looking forward to today's cardio workout, which was sprints.
Well, not only did I get done the six rounds, I ended up doing eight! Sure, it was painful and annoying the entire time, but I pushed past it and managed to get it done above and beyond the planned workout.
BOOM! Bring it on workouts! Now time to get in some toning... Or a lot of toning.
